Co-founder, President & Director of Human Development
Victor Jivanescu
Holds direction, partnerships and the formation offer — the programmes through which people actually develop, and the institution that keeps them running.

Victor Jivanescu works where inner development meets institutional design. He grew up in Timișoara, studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford, and began his career in strategy consulting at L.E.K. A near-death experience at twenty-three changed his direction. He went on to complete an MSc in Consciousness Studies & Transpersonal Psychology with distinction, conducting empirical research into the transformative effects and integration challenges of altered-state experiences.
In 2017, he co-founded Quantum Civilisation, the first integral organisation in Romania now relaunched as Entangled Civilisation. His work has included integrative practice circles, multi-month conscious community programs with Alef Trust, contributions to peer-reviewed transpersonal research, and individual work with international clients through his independent practice, Life 2.0 Plus. His approach is informed by seven years of daily practice, extended retreats, two yoga teacher trainings, fifteen months of intensive mentoring, and further courses and formative experiences across contemplative, embodied and relational approaches to human development.
At the MIND Foundation in Berlin, he served as Director of Sustainability, board member and head of the integration programme. His responsibilities spanned strategy, organisational culture, fundraising and widening access through scholarships. As a certified lead Beyond Experience facilitator, he guided hundreds of people through psychedelic integration.
As President of Entangled Civilisation, Victor leads the organisation and its human development work, connecting research and practice with the institutional conditions that help people exercise agency and responsibility. He works in English, German and Romanian.
